Return to the room with the scientists and go to the west elevator leading to the infected laboratory. Once there, talk to Khan Olar to find out more details, then go through the door on the left, guarded by a guard. Once inside, go to the table and start mixing the medicine. Just press the appropriate key when the download bar is between the two arrows.
After creating the medicine, Azari and his entrances will enter the stage. Kill them all and return to the previous room.
